After encountering multiple customer pain-points that had us self-reflecting about how users actually arranged their documents for Visa applications, I worked closely with product to translate a high-trust service experience into an easy one.

I had the opportunity to build a brand new travel product for Scapia, addressing a key retention gap in our user journey. Through user insights and rapid usability testing, I was able to simplify a step that people dread in their international travel.

I spoke to our users, conducted competitive benchmarking and heuristic deep-dives and translated my findings into a visually rich and user friendly trains booking experience while navigating tricky IRCTC compliance and multiple APIs.

Most support queries didn’t need human intervention, yet agents handled over 60% of them. I worked with the product and CX teams to develop a chatbot trained on top queries - serving as the first layer of support and reducing agent dependency.

I reworked our old country detail page for Scapia Visas after seeing where users got stuck. Post usability testing, I pitched a cleaner, more engaging version - with testimonials, a visa image, simpler language, and an interactive price calculator. This helped users feel more confident about starting their application

I spent the last 5 years crafting solutions for several aspects of fintech in Indian start up space before moving onto Google. It has helped me develop a deep understanding of how users perceive money as well as given me a knack for simplifying complex workflows into simple, easy to use, habit forming products.


I love to observe how people interact with tech in their daily lives. I feel well designed products are like toothbrushes, an invisible companion to your life that you cannot do without.


I am passionate about design as a medium to solve problems elegantly and joyfully, and in the last couple of years human-AI partnership [in workflows, in life, as an interest] is my strongest obsession, much like Arthur Weasley's with Muggles [What exactly is the function of a rubber duck? 🐤]


I segued into design from fashion management, social impact and English literature. Naturally, I am drawn towards reading and researching. I love travelling, nature, pop-cat meme and baking.
