Levelled up the Visa flow by introducing two new country tracks—Singapore - handling complexities like passport shipping and high-trust document submission. Translated the entire experience to web, enabling easier uploads and real-time application tracking.
Increased ease of application by introducing the experience to Scapia’s first-ever web app, with seamless document upload across iOS, Android, and Desktop

GenAI, Illustrations, Typography
Apart from being a passionate product designer, I use my free time to explore visual and tech concepts with Generative AI tools, or create fun, colourful illustrations. Having been an Alphabettes apprentice, typography is a special interest and I pursue that independently and through freelance brand design opportunities.
Used Generative AI tools like Gemini, Vercel, Midjourney, Cursor, Claude, Chatgpt, RunwayML etc, and conventional tools like Adobe Suite.
