Leveraging Gen AI for a brand new Scapia customer support
Scapia Cards is a travel and credit-card app powered by the Federal Bank which enables our users to book an entire end to end travel experience. We are a zero forex travel credit card, and support Visa and Rupay. We also offer domestic and international flights and stays, bus bookings, and now Visas on our platform.
I had the opportunity to give Scapia's customer support an important redesign, which is a pivotal touchpoint for our users. We rolled this out in two phases. We powered our customer experience with voice support, a specially trained large language model, Generative AI and conversational UI.
